Following the investment and backing of our parent company, ZKTeco Europe, our UK subsidiary office is now fully operational with a state-of-the-art Experience Centre and a team of specialists available to support you and your business.

OEM / ODM Partnership
We specialise in OEM and ODM solutions covering hardware, firmware and software. This has been a key area of expertise for ZKTeco for 25 years plus. Working with us gives you access to our worldwide R&D and manufacturing facilities and capabilities.
For ODM projects, we work consultatively with you to establish key requirements and scale the project quickly to prototype stage. On your approval that our solution meets the desired spec, we proceed through the different stages of hardware and firmware/software development to bring you the complete product in time and on budget.
ZKTeco’s culture of continuous innovation means we can offer an ever-expanding range of cutting-edge and feature-packed terminals. We bring you choice for OEM customised products. whether it’s a particular type of casing you’re looking for, branding the product with your own logo or adding customised functions.
Software and Firmware Development
If you’re lacking in time to develop the specific software or firmware required for a customer project, why not outsource the solution to ZKTeco?
We give you access to our global team of specialist programmers and technicians to help achieve the desired solution efficiently.
RMA and Warranty
To ensure your peace of mind when buying from ZKTeco UK, all of our products are backed by the ZKTeco Europe 3 year product hardware limited warranty.
Your warranty starts on the commercial invoice date and all claims must be submitted before the warranty term expires. Our warranty is non-transferable.
Accessories, like cards, tags, cables, locks and power supplies aren’t covered by the warranty.
Our product repair RMA service is available to authorised distributors and partners of ZKTeco UK and Europe. To request a repair or return, you’ll first need to register with our Support Platform with a username and password.
Installer Training
We are committed to ensuring that Installers of ZKTeco products are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to carry out installations safely and efficiently.
All of our products are designed for ease of installation, saving valuable time on site. In addition to the comprehensive, downloadable Installation Guides you’ll find on our product pages, we can help arrange face to face training for you at our Birmingham Experience Centre or via one of our authorised Distributors.
Technical Support
Rest assured that ZKTeco UK’s authorised distributors and partners have access to local technical support in the unlikely event that they are not able to solve any technical issues independently.
If you’re an end user of ZKTeco products and need some technical help, contact the Distributor where you purchased your product in the first instance for support.

Our Experience Centre, right in the heart of England, is open for visitors Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.
