OEM / ODM Partnership
We specialise in OEM and ODM solutions covering hardware, firmware and software. This has been a key area of expertise for ZKTeco for 25 years plus. Working with us gives you access to our worldwide R&D and manufacturing facilities and capabilities.
For ODM projects, we work consultatively with you to establish key requirements and scale the project quickly to prototype stage. On your approval that our solution meets the desired spec, we proceed through the different stages of hardware and firmware/software development to bring you the complete product in time and on budget.

We bring you choice for OEM customised products. whether it’s a particular type of casing you’re looking for, branding the product with your own logo or adding customised functions.
Software and Firmware Development

RMA and Warranty
To ensure your peace of mind when buying from ZKTeco UK, all of our products are backed by the ZKTeco Europe 3 year product hardware limited warranty.
Your warranty starts on the commercial invoice date and all claims must be submitted before the warranty term expires. Our warranty is non-transferable.
Accessories, like cards, tags, cables, locks and power supplies aren’t covered by the warranty.
Our product repair RMA service is available to authorised distributors and partners of ZKTeco UK and Europe. To request a repair or return, you’ll first need to register with our Support Platform with a username and password.
We are committed to ensuring that Installers of ZKTeco products are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to carry out installations safely and efficiently.
All of our products are designed for ease of installation, saving valuable time on site. In addition to the comprehensive, downloadable Installation Guides you’ll find on our product pages, we can help arrange face to face training for you at our Birmingham Experience Centre or via one of our authorised Distributors.
Rest assured that ZKTeco UK’s authorised distributors and partners have access to local technical support in the unlikely event that they are not able to solve any technical issues independently.
